Emerald Star

We arrived in San Blas  on 3/1 and only stayed for five days. We did some hiking and ventured to different areas of town than the last trip. We hiked out to the beach one day and hiked up to the old fort and cathedral that was built in the 1700's

We were prepared for the bugs this time. Lots of repellent, both netting & screens on the portlights and hatches on the boat. And it was a quarter moon - when there aren't as many jejenes. So we had a much more enjoyable stay this visit.
